Massachusetts State Senator to headline CPAC Summit
The California Portuguese-American Coalition annual Summit will be held on Saturday, October 12th at the Citizen Hotel in Sacramento, in conjunction with the PALCUS Lusitanian Forum. The event will feature presentation with Massachusetts State Senator Michael Rodrigues, who will talk about his experience in running for a state office in that State that has a large percentage of Americans of Portuguese ancestry. Sofia Pereira, city council member from the city of Arcata will be part of a 13 member commission appointed by the governor to come up with solutions for the homeless crisis that we face in the state of California.
